Imagine. Imagine the presidential library being virtual and in the cloud. It could possibly bring access to so many resources to so many more people who cannot visit any such physically located presidential libraries.
These younger engineers can write a lot of sloppy code, and it doesn’t matter, but here, with very limited capacity, you have to be extremely precise and have a real strategy.
